Here's an entirely different way to stuff a dumpling. We found these on Etsy, and immediately wanted to start playing with the food. Though you can't see it in these pix, each item -- down to the last green bean -- is a separate, removable piece that can be assembled in any which way. Who knew that dim sum could be so adorable?
